Context
COPA, Off The Shore is an outdoor apparel brand built around life off the shore. They were expanding from Germany toward a wider audience and needed a brand that could travel without losing what made it distinct.
The challenge
The product had a point of view, but the name, story, and visuals did not hang together yet. In a crowded outdoor category they risked looking like everyone else at exactly the moment they needed to stand apart.
What we did
Positioning and a full identity system: logo, typography, colour, and campaign-ready assets, plus verbal identity so the story read clearly in every channel. We leaned into the shore-line tension in the name rather than generic outdoor clichés.
The outcome
A clear, distinctive identity the team uses consistently, campaign assets ready for launch, and a brand that reads as COPA at a glance.
